LedgerSync Solutions provides digital software products and downloadable files designed for accounting, auditing, and financial automation. Because our products are delivered digitally and activated instantly, refunds and returns are governed by a specific digital-goods policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Digital Nature of Our Products

All products available through LedgerSync Solutions are non-tangible digital goods. Once purchased and downloaded, they cannot be returned in a physical sense.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product.
  • Corrupted or inaccessible files where support cannot provide a working replacement within 5 business days.
  • Non-delivery within 24 hours of purchase and no response from support.

Refunds are not provided for: change of mind, outdated software compatibility, or lack of technical knowledge.

4. Requesting a Refund

Send your refund request to support team with order number, date of purchase, and reason. Reviews are processed within 5–7 business days, and approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.

5. Technical Assistance Before Refunds

Our support team aims to resolve issues quickly by providing replacement files, installation help, or step-by-step guidance before issuing refunds.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed using purchase records and delivery confirmations.

7. Updates and Product Replacements

All purchases include lifetime access to version 1.x, with free bug fixes and minor updates. Major version upgrades are optional and discounted.
